My experience at the Fairmont was a mix of highs and lows. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views that enhance your stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, but my particular room turned out to be quite noisy due to several guests enjoying the terrace. While the spa services were exceptional, the initial check-in experience left much to be desired, and I found the reception staff a bit unhelpful. Overall, a great stay, but it could have been flawless with better attention to arrival details.
